**Prices**
At DASPOS A/S, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices daily without prior consent. We reserve the right for sold-out items.

**Payment**
DASPOS A/S accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and Bank Transfer. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

**Delivery**
DASPOS A/S aims to dispatch orders placed before 5 pm on the same day; orders placed afterward will be dispatched the next business day, provided the item is in stock. We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices start from 35 DKK. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of order. Your items will be shipped via Post Nord or GLS. Note: If there is no space at the pick-up point, the package will be moved to the nearest pick-up point, and you will be notified. If problems arise, please contact customer service.

**Warranty**
A 2-year warranty is granted under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers material and/or manufacturing defects. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover errors or damages caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/error. DASPOS A/S will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

**Refunds**
For refunds, please provide your bank details in the form of reg. no. and account no. so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be safely provided by email or other electronic forms, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for the purpose of the refund.

**Right of Withdrawal**
There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop. The period is counted from the day:
- You receive the order.
- You receive the last item in physical possession when it is an agreement for several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in multiple deliveries.
- You receive the last batch or the last part in physical possession when it is an agreement for the delivery of items consisting of several batches/parts.
- You receive the first item in physical possession when it concerns regular delivery of items over a specified period.

You must cover the return shipping costs. The withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and from the withdrawal you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notification must be given by email to info@daspos.com. In the message, you must make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed return form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing receipt of the item without also notifying us clearly.

**Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal**
The following types of items are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Items made to the consumer's specifications or have a clearly personal touch.
- Sealed items that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, and where the seal is broken after delivery.
- Items that become inseparably mixed with others upon delivery due to their nature.
- Items where the seal is broken.
- Non-financial services performed if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals except for subscriptions to such publications.
- Agreements made at a public auction.
- Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.

**Return**
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The processing will be faster if you also fill out and include our withdrawal form.

You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received the return. We do not accept packages sent COD.

**Condition of the Item upon Return**
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and functionality. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, only part or none of the purchase amount will be refunded, depending on the item's commercial value at the time of receipt of the return. To receive the full purchase amount, you must only try the item without actually using it.

**Refunds**
If you regret your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you paid to us. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided proof of return before then.

**Privacy Policy**
To enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address

Information about what you have purchased.

We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the item to you and to handle inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy for DASPOS A/S.
